The store is extremely poorly managed. They allow their very young clerks run the store. The place is nasty and no one really knows where anything is. I don't think they have a store manager or if they do he/she is horrible. I drive to Tupelo to Home Depot if I need anything now.

I bought a $23 light fixture and got home opened the box it was broke. I sent my husband to exchange it and it shoulda been the end of it. He comes home and says they put the money on my card after he told them he just wanted an exchange i come up there they tell me I have to buy a new one because they refunded the money. I Spent so much in gas and time just to exchange a light which should have been easy I didnt have extra money to spend on a light and couldn't wait because we needed it immediately! Also I live an hour away from this store. Badly trained employees won't help you find anything either except the plumbing employee he helped me find everything that wasnt even his department.

Carpet installation experience= huge headache. We won't be using them again. 1. The times we went into the store to try to talk to someone about carpet and order our carpet they either didn't have anyone there and told us to come back at a different time or the person they had working didn't know anything about it. 2. The original quote we got was reasonable, but the final cost ended up being more. 3. You're dealing with 2 separate entities: Lowe's and the contractor they use for installation and measurements. So it ends up taking a long time to get everything done with all the communication from party to party. We were happy with the actual installation. But we'll be getting any future flooring installations from somewhere else.

After sending my complaint to corporate over a week ago and was informed the manager of the New Albany Lowe's would get in touch with me soon, I am still waiting. Not sure who management is in this location but its an absolute disgrace how customer service is handled

I paid 20k to have my kitchen and bathroom remodeled. The quality of work was far from good, bad communication, a three day job has turned into almost a month of sloppy work. They have banged up my cabinets, laid down my floor and forgot to put the moisture barrier underneath it, left my refrigerator unplugged, floor was so unlevel they took that contractor off the job and had another contractor to fix their poor craftsmanship. They banged up my bathroom vanity bringing it in the bathroom. Then they didn't even install the plumbing right bc it leaked and they had to come back and fix it. My cabinets were measured wrong and rub/slam into each other. They painted my brand new floors when they painted the baseboards. I didn't have ANY APPLIANCES until day 17 of the job. And when they installed the stove the clock came on but that was the only thing that worked, I called about it and they admitted to ruining a wire and that they would have to come back out to fix it which took another 3 days. Then when I got my dishwasher installed, It held 2 inches of water in the bottom which I kept telling management about. It then busted and leaked all under my new cabinets and flooring. My air conditioning unit stopped working about 2 weeks ago and while I was down on my knees cleaning the water up on the kitchen floor with a towel I stuck my hand in the air conditioner vent and felt a bunch of wood stuff and I collected a whole bunch of ply wood, 2x4 wood, laminate floor. It was a big pile of debris of what looked like my vent they used for a garbage can. I even talked to the head manager of this store, and all he had to say about it was ok, ok, ok. He was not interested in customer service or customer help.I am not happy at all with this experience there is a lot more to this experience as well.

I went to the Lowe's in New Albany, MS on three occasions asking about a refrigerator they had for sale. I asked how long the price was good for and they told me for a few more weeks. I purchased the refrigerator and while they were writing it up, my wife found a price tag which showed it at a different price. After talking to the sales person a while, he called the manager who told me it would cost me an additional $1500. The manager looked at the ceiling while I was explaining what happened. It seemed all he wanted was for me to leave the store. To shorten the story, I wrote Lowe's home office and they would do nothing. The manager never apologized or claimed responsibility for the mistake. Lowe's would not let me have the refrigerator at the $2098 price which was advertised. Basically, they just told me to go away that they were not going to do anything. If my wife had not found the missing price tag, they would have sold it for the price shown. Neither the store nor the home office admitted the store had done anything wrong by putting the incorrect price tag over the appliance. On three separate occasions I was told the price of the refrigerator was $2098 I have bought all of my appliances from Lowe's and always bought the warranty plan. However, after this experience I have made it a point to never go into another Lowe's and tell everyone who is interested in buying appliances to go either to Home Depot or Sears because Lowe's has the WORST customer service of any retailer I have visited. Then I tell them the entire story of what happened to me and on several occasions it has influenced them to buy elsewhere. And I tell everyone who reads this post, do yourself a favor and before you buy an appliance, go to Home Depot or Sears where they DO believe the customer is important and DON'T BUY AT LOWE'S!!!
