“Well grands and family came to stay March 12, 2024. They did the digital check in...the had tickets to orpheum so we're in a hurry. My daughter gets to first room and opens door...someone is already staying in the room. She comes back to front and tells them. The clerk was amazing!!!! She gives them another room. We go up w 2 children and suitcase and room is dirty.. never been cleaned. Go back to desk. Keisha the clerk said I have another room BUT I am gonna go check it first.. she was so apologetic , super professional, so embarrassed....but never lost her smile! I think it may have been the manager there too and the first room showed open , 2nd room open...so it was definitely not Keishas fault.....we got to 3rd room and it was FABULOUS! THANKS KEISHA FOR THE EXTRA MILE U WENT FOR THEM”
