“I am an Inside Track Club member at Harbor Freight, and do a lot of business there since i am a handyman/contractor.. I frequently go to the store in New Albany, MS... I love this store because they have an exceptionally knowledgeable, and friendly staff.. I especially notice that Ray, one of the managers is very attentive, friendly, and knows his store like the back of his hand!! Whenever he sees me, he drops what he's doing and gives me his undivided attention which makes me feel like the most important guy on earth.. He makes sure I have everything i need, and that I am happy when leaving/every time!! This guy should be promoted!!”
“They put up with me so I guess I can't complain. The wood yard has items blocking lanes. There is no reason to block the lanes with water hoses or other items that aren't related to wood.”
