I am an Inside Track Club member at Harbor Freight, and do a lot of business there since i am a handyman/contractor.. I frequently go to the store in New Albany, MS... I love this store because they have an exceptionally knowledgeable, and friendly staff.. I especially notice that Ray, one of the managers is very attentive, friendly, and knows his store like the back of his hand!! Whenever he sees me, he drops what he's doing and gives me his undivided attention which makes me feel like the most important guy on earth.. He makes sure I have everything i need, and that I am happy when leaving/every time!! This guy should be promoted!!

Helpful employees, look around for great deals and keep your eyes open for things you never saw before or never knew existed! They also have some items too cheap to be useful for very long. Use your judgement.

A clean and well organized store with friendly staff. I found exactly what I needed. A very nice employee greeted me as soon as I walked in and offered help.

You know the store is just like Toy Land for adults. Very nice employees and very clean store. All the stuff is arranged to be found and has accessories near the tool you are looking for. Enjoyed the shopping experience. Thank you all.

I shop harbor freight regularly. New Albany HF is 30 min +/- but I make the drive because I normally receive good service. On Memorial Day 2023 I made that 30 mile trip to spend a couple hundred dollars on tools. The tools I wanted wasn’t in stock. Not a huge problems, it happens. But when I asked a sales associate about said tools I received a short answer as she was walking away. Very uncalled for, I’ll go somewhere else from now on.
