We've used this body shop twice. The first experience was seamless and no issues. However, the second time around, circus. Kept our car longer than promised. Harassesed me for money (they were paid as promised, just not in the fashion the associate was accustomed to, but paid fully and on time). Left grill parts off (2 parts, even though the invoice shows we paid for them). Promised 7 times (yes I counted the messages) that she ordered it, then stopped responding to me. Locked our keys in the car, made us late for daughters game. The lady was very unprofessional via phone and text. She yelled at me "we need our money". Note, car wasn't even fixed and kept the car 4 more week for calibrations :/ I will post pics and text messages to prove this experience, they can't deny these like they've done all other reviews. I think I know what the issue actually was tho I recommend 0 out of 10. I will change this review if I get what was promised (sensor part) I would also like my challenger emblem as well, hell you could just give me my old one back, see pic!

Wrecked my truck. It had to have body work and suspension work. Paid extra to have it painted all over. Paint job is what I wanted, great job on it. My truck was at body shop for 3 months the first time,l. It wasnt right, so i took it back. This time a month. I understand it takes time but my suspension squeaks and makes a metal popping noise, my rear park assist doesn't work anymore and it was working when I dropped it off, everytime I turn the steering wheel it squeaks bad, and something feels like it's grinding. If I hit a pot hole, something on the passenger side makes a very loud popping sound that I still can't figure out.I had a bad wheel bearing, and thought that was the noises, that was not the case. They have been replaced. Taking it to a different shop Friday. Pending what they tell me, I will come back and edit review., good or bad.I am not trying to give a bad review but an honest review. They are nice folks, but my truck is not right and I've had to take it elsewhere, which was my choice. I have receipts with times and dates. North of $10K of work done to the truck and paid out of my pocket for about half of it. Not real happy about it at all.Got my truck back from a shop that knows what they are doing on suspension. If Richeys Suspension man knows what he is doing then I am fkn Elvis Presley!! The steering box is junk and I stalled incorrectly. The struts were not seated at the right position and my tie rod is shot!! Stay away from this shop for suspension work!!!! They do not know what they are doing!!!
