The owner said sure, bring your ATV in any time, after describing my machine and the problem. I loaded it up and went back a few days later, and the mechanic refused to work on a Polaris. I took it to Owen ATV in Ecru, where I know I can get good service.
Don’t go to Gillie’s.

They lie and cheat customers. Stay away. Sold me the wrong size tires. When I went back with issues, they said it was the brakes. I asked for the correct tires and they charged me an extra $100 for mounting. Right tires fixed the problem. Now tires are not balanced. Will never go back.Update: Went to DC Tire to have the tires balanced and found out that I was sold a very cheap tire and an inflated price. Put on a great set from DC for only $100 more. Truck rides great now. Took other tires back and got $100 less than I paid for them. All said and done, going to Gillys cost me almost $300 extra. Lesson learned. Go somewhere else!!

Always great service at a reasonable price! I purchased a used tire about a month ago and came back to get 2 new tires after my car was repaired. I recommend them for their courtesy and prompt attention. I was in and out within 30 minutes on both visits; it takes me longer to get back to Oxford. Thanks so much! We will be repeat customers.

So I am a single parent of 2 little ones and this is my first time coming here. Recently got a new vehicle and was going to get an oil change and a new set of tires price is reasonable n he asked me why I wanted a set of tires n I told him n he advised against it said they were brand new almost. IT IS SO NICE AND REFRESHING TO TALK TO AN HONEST PERSON!! He not only is changing my oil but is not out to screw anyone just trying to make an honest living!! LOVE THIS PLACE!!! If your in or around the New Albany area I highly recommend you use them for all your vehicle needs!!!

Last week my son had car problems and was stuck at Auto Zone. We called Gilley's shop and they were able to get him in first thing the next morning and have the work completed. I was extremely happy with the service and pricing. The guys there took good care of us and the price for the service was great. Thank you so much for taking care of my son's car and great customer service.

Frank was so kind to me. I'm driving from Fargo, North Dakota to Pensacola Florida, and I happened to catch a tiny finishing nail in my tire. I didn't notice until my sensor went off at about 3:30 this morning. I called right away when they opened, and they got me in within 5 minutes of walking in. Frank patched my tire in less than 30 minutes, and even helped me get my cedar trunk out and back in my cargo hatch so we could get to my lug lock key. I was charged $20 for the repair. You were a blessing to me. Thank you so much for everything. I wish I could pack you all up and take you with me, but I don't think you'd all fit in my little Hyundai Santa fe.
