While traveling from Florida to Memphis, TN we started experiencing some tire issues. We were short on time. They got us in within 15 min and we were probably fixed and back on the road in the same amount of time. They were quick, courteous, and efficient. Also, very reasonably priced. This is a great organization. If you’re looking for a clean, competent tire store this is it! Thank you for all your help guys!

Fast Courteous service. I was in and out in about 20 minutes . Flat tire patched and installed. They even took off my spare and remounted it under my truck. I'll definitely return for any tire needs.

Quick service for a busy life. Good pricing also as I had two tires patched and my tires rotated at a price point of 58 dollars. The best tire shop in New Albany by far especially when you're trying to avoid some un named crooks in town.

Our church bus got a flat on the way to a conference in Ripley. Floyd’s fit us in quickly, was able to replace the stem valve & a subsequent blowout in 30 mins & was very reasonably priced. Bless you all for getting us back on the road safely!

Cracked my rim and did not tell me anything. When I go back to have it checked the lady says she knows for a fact it wasn’t cracked when they changed the tire but the boy who did it had just said he just didn’t notice it. Not doing anything to resolve the issue just leaving it on me to fix. Would not use them again to save my life. Hope no one else uses them either. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

Been going to Floyd's tire since I was knee high to a grasshopper. My Grandpa,daddy,and uncles all did their business with Mr Vernon and Gary Floyd. Great people and they'll treat you right.

My dad a flat on his trailer today and found himself without the proper size spare and tire tool. Daddy called their shop 15 minutes before closing time and Kyle came out got the wheel, took it back to the shop, and came back to put it on within minutes. Needless to say he saved the day! I’d give them 10 stars if I could!!
