I know it can be very hectic back there in the service department checking in but he was very courteous and helpful even with having 10 things going at once. He knew I would need my diesel truck in 2 weeks and he said he would do his best to get it repaired in a week. But it was ready in 3 days. I appreciate Luke and the mechanic for the speedy repair. “My alternator decided to go out, on a SATURDAY of course. Everything in Amory CLOSES on Saturday, but I took a chance and called Wheel City, only to find out they were closing shortly. They told me to come on anyway and changed the alternator and belt for a CRAZY reasonable amount, and with a smile despite working late to do it. Great service at a great price, what's not to love?”
