“Placed an online order for a plant to be delivered to a visitation/funeral. There was a glitch with the website that cause it to notify me of my order being cancelled. However, the florist at the shop was very quick to call and confirm that my order was not cancelled and was, in fact, delivered. Despite this mishap, I am thankful for the phone call and the clarification! The florist I spoke to was very reassuring, kind, and offered lots of helpful information/advice.”
