I had a little issue last week and Kelvin made an appointment with me today and he kept his word on helping me clean out my storage and he even moved everything out him self and cleaned it and moved almost everything back in by himself. Mrs Mandy and the other Employees are Awesome, Fair and treated me like I was a family member. She made sure I was taken care of. Please only use Magnolia Storage because even if they are not onsite, you can call or text them directly and they will get back with you asap.Thanks Magnolia Storage Team for Everything You have done for me.Lollette Oliver

It was such an easy process to rent a storage unit here. The staff is so friendly and easy to work with. The security, cleanliness of the facility and storage building are top of the line. We will definitely rent a unit here again.

They are incredible literally no hidden anything you pay the same price at the beginning till the end as long as you pay on time. They are secure and lighted well and you just can’t beat the customer service!
