It aggravates me so bad that they have 20+ registers and on 1 of them will be open and then they have the nerve to direct me be self check out. I agree self checkout is quicker but I don't work their so i shouldn't have to checkout my own items. But unfortunately we all have to shop at Walmart.

Routinely runs out of medications such as high blood pressure and antidepressants and does nothing to help. They will tell you when you MAY be able to pick up your meds but whoever runs this thing obviously doesn't care about people missing their doses. Maybe you can get your antipsychotics but if you don't noone cares at this place.

Just FYI for people ordering online and picking up the next day. The past few times I have utilized this service, We arrive and are then told they are out of stock on many items. Today, I paid for everything online, and it showed all the items they had retrieved and bagged. When putting away our purchases, 3 items were missing that I had paid for. I have recently had open heart surgery. I'm dependent on others to pick up my purchases. I called the pick up phone number to report their error. I had to line someone else up to go back to the store to pick up the missing items, and the items had not gathered for pick up as I was told they would be, and ended up getting another salad dressing from the one I paid for. Go through all your purchases before leaving the pick up area to make sure you have everything you paid for!

On Tuesday I went to buy TP (toilet paper) at Walmart in Natchez. Saw some liquid very yellow in droplets and small puddles on top of the 12 packs of Scott single ply. I immediately told the Walmart employee on the aisle and she was mildly interested but I was in a hurry so I assumed she realized the gravity of "yellow liquid" on the products in the store. When I went to check out I noticed there were yellow droplets on my purchase so I dropped it on the floor and told the attendant. She shrugged her shoulders (not her job) then with bare hands went to pick it up to put back in the restock basket. I went to get another and noticed the yellow liquid had been wiped but still a lot there. I found a more mature woman stocking shelves and begged her to tell the manager. Her reaction initially was to just call maintenance to bring a mop. Is it me? I felt like the employees were unsympathetic to my astonishment? Is this a daily problem there? Isn't this horrific? No one seemed to care that there was possibly urine sprayed across the products you're buying at Walmart in Natchez and Walmart employees are not minimally trained or aware or concerned with the health implications to deal with this? I shudder to think what's happening outside the toilet paper aisle. Vidalia, La. for me. Never going back. I'm certain by posting this I'm going to see many opinions. However, I will see the manager of Walmart in person when possible.

After dealing with my prescription not being filled several times when I was told it was ready, waiting in line only to be told it's not actually ready, NOW Walmart has "lost" or deleted my current prescription which had 3 refills. They say that my prescription was transferred, but they don't know where; A transfer was never requested or authorized by me. I will have my physician call my current and future prescription in to a different pharmacy.

This is THE most dysfunctional Walmart pharmacy I have ever used. They have all these people and you can not get anything done right. They tell you they will take care of something and you find out the next day no one knows what you are talking about. They also lie telling you you need to take care of something and talk with another Walmart pharmacy and learn is is not true. I have a medication I can not miss a day on and I CAN not rely on them to have it. Do not use this place if you need your medications!

Very nice, clean, friendly and helpful Wal-Mart Super Center. We never have trouble finding anything we need and always have employees trying to help us out. Every one is ALWAYS talkative and sweet, making it a great experience when you come here to shop. Thank you!

Natchez pharmacy is the worst...never answer phones and lie to people all the time! Same situation...I stood in line nearly 20 minutes to get some medications for my son...they gave me one of the prescriptions and the second one they told me the doctor needs to call the insurance for. I went and talked to the doctors office and they said there was no problem with the insurance, it was the Wal-Mart employee telling not only me but other people as well! They disgust me!!!
