I can’t seem to understand how there’s an issue almost every time I’m supposed to get a package. And I never receive the call backs I’m promised.
Edit: I received a phone call yesterday stating my package would be delivered today. Guess what? My package still isn't out for delivery!! Surprise, Surprise.

Zero Zero Zero !! Worst access point in the history of delivery. My package has been marked out for delivery since Saturday and today is now Thursday of another week. Every day it’s being updated to same access point and out for delivery by 8pm .. once 8pm gets here it’s pushed off until next day .. which hasn’t made it in 5 days … what is going on ?! Not sure if it’s due to Sorry lazy drivers or sorry broke down facility and it’s managers ??
