I will never use this branch again except for the ATM in the rare occasions it works. The glorified cashiers that work here are unfriendly and seem to take pride in being nasty to people. I spent my entire lunch break trying to do what I have done many many times to be told I can't do that. Just because you work at a bank diesnt make you special.if the people at the other 2 branches weren't so friendly and helpful I would close my account with regions because of the way I am treated every time I use this branch.

The ATM was broken down AGAIN. Very inconvenient. Please consider adding a 2nd ATM to this location. 1/20/22

Went through 2nd lane of drive thru. There was no wait, and my transaction was processed efficiently by the friendly window teller.

Bad customer serviceAll regions bank are badI waste more than two hours every day calling them for five days to fix a small problem with mobile app after five days told me I have to go to the branchI went to the branch to do itThey told me they're going to call me back in that day but they called me the next day to tell me It's gonna be fixed I called them after six hours and they told me I have to wait 5 to 10 daysFinally they don't know how to fix customers' problemsIt's funny bankDon't waste your time and money with this bank

Drive thru suppose to open at 8 and its 830 and its still not open with a line of cars. Very poor service.

It seemed like a nice branch, I was there after hours though. The ATM wasn't working right.
