I am in Natchez this week for work and 3 of the 5 days the gym opened late because the staff can’t make it to work on time…Tuesday was 35 min late. People that work out first thing in the morning are non a time crunch so that we can make it to work on time…apparently there is no accountability at PF as being late is the norm. Paying customers suffer because the gym doesn’t open at the published time, causing workouts being cut short. Bad business for sure

Staff is always polite. The best thing they do: they clean. They actively clean the place daily and it’s nice to see people that care about that kind of thing these days.

It is very easy to open up a planet fitness membership. But extremely difficult to close one as I was getting ready to move I wanted to close my membership when in to do it and they said no you have to send a certified letter to this some company somewhere and let them know that you want to cancel and they have to receive it at least 10 days before your due date or they will charge you. Did all that and they still charged me not once not twice but five more times each time I had to get a credit from the bank finally they gave up and let me cancel. Planet fitness is a great place to go and work out they should know by now just like these car wash club memberships should know by now it doesn't take an act of God to cancel a subscription it should only take a click but the harder they make it the more money they can steal from you

"Planet Fitness" is a great environment to work out! The staff are very friendly and professional and will help you with any of your questions. The workout equipment is heavy duty and the facilities are very clean. I highly recommend "Planet Fitness"!
