  I promise if I can give them a negative 5 I will . They had my car going on 3 months and still nothing fixed . I went to get my car battery was dead and I seen a broken screw under the hood when they was fixing on it . I called everyday and still no updates and car still not fix , the worst place ever.Service: Electrical

  Purchased a Ford F-150 here........mistake. We must have purchased the warning light special. The salesman promised it was an easy fix and they would get it fixed when the part came in. Well that's not the case with the truck really going crazy after the first attempted repair it went into limp mode and 3 weeks later the shop told us, sorry we can't fix it. The salesman offered to trade the vehicle out but of course it would cost more!! After the shop said we can't fix it the salesman said bring it back we can fix it No Problem!! Really? Unbelievable poor service and no respect for the customer. This has dragged on now for almost 2 months and we haven't driven the vehicle for 2 weeks. Funny thing is they said all the customer wants to do is complain. Wow better think twice from our experience.
