Wasted my time. Spent an hour getting new phone stuff set up and they kept telling me they could bill me for it. Got to the end and asked for $300. "We stopped offering the option to bill during COVID" - Well why didn't you tell me that to begin with?

Worst experience ever! My friend having a cspire line is trying to port in to my T-Mobile plan since last 3 weeks. Cspire isn’t allowing to port the number asking a lot of nonsense questions and verification again and again. We have done the procedures they’ve asked us to many times. Everytime a new person from Cspire calls and inform confirmation hasn’t received yet. Fed up with it.!

I’ve been dealing with the Natchez location for about 10 years now and always had a very pleasant experience with no problems... but today I can say I truly feel like a valued customer. I had an issue with an upgrade. A chat rep told me one thing but my bill said another. I messaged the chat system again and got no help what so ever. I went to the store today and the manager, George, helped me out a ton! He explained it in detail what and why it happened and still went above and beyond to try and help me fix the issue, even though he didn’t have to (it ended up being something I did wrong and also the wrong information given from the first rep). They aren’t just a sales team, they are family and treat everyone as such!
