“In was having some trouble with my 2022 Explorer when I first bought it. Everyone from the sales person (Steve) to the mechanic (Preston) went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong with the vehicle and to work out any and all problems with it. Everything runs well with the vehicle now, and I’m always pleased with the service. They make it a pleasant experience anytime I need to come in. Kudos to the lady answering the phones. She has the sweetest and most friendly voice of any business I’ve ever called.”

“So let me say this, my first impression when I walked in was man they need a new building this looks sketchy. But don't let looks decieve you. (later I found out they are working on getting a new building.) My sales person was Derika Lanclos, who does their internet sales and who I had set up a deal to come buy a truck. So I test drove it and It ran good. The windows had a couple of cracks and the sales manager insured me they were on back order and I would be contacted to get them replaced. We worked out a deal that was a little high on my note but I could live with. So heres the good part. There was some things that were a little out of wack with the paperwork so the bank lowered my maxium allowable note. Now this is after I already drove home to Louisiana in the truck. So instead of trying to work a new deal or telling me to bring the truck back they went out of there way and lowered the price of the truck which lowered my note by $120.00 a month! Then Derika drove an hour on a weekend to bring me the new paperwork. I want to honestly say that these people are honest and work had to do the customers right! I would highly recommend them to anyone searching for a new or used vehicle!”
