I recently had a horrible experience at another dealership and I ended up walking out stressed and overwhelmed. On the drive home I decided to stop by Estabrook just to see what they had. Within 20 mins the salesman Kevin Steiner had me sold and walking out with a brand new car. He was the absolute best! He was so relaxed and not pushy. I told him exactly what I wanted to spend and what car I wanted and what I wanted for my trade in. He made it happen within minutes! I was so impressed and will definitely be going back for all of my Toyota needs.

The people who work in Parts & Service need a lesson in customer service. Two of the employees snapped at me for not knowing exactly how they run their department. They were so rude. Thank goodness my service advisor Taylor was actually kind and patient. Oh and the complimentary car wash means throwing some water on your car and leaving it to dry. Merry Christmas to me ?

My sales associate was Bo - He was professional, friendly, and honest. I think I've called 2 dozen dealerships across MS, AL, and FL over the past two months (Sept/October 2021) while looking for a new Sienna XLE - estabrook toyota was easily the best price on the gulf coast. They have a low Doc fee, they are not charging an addendum/ market adjustment which everyone else is currently, I think we saved $1500 at their price vs the cheapest dealer in mobile for literally the exact same thing.

Hands down the best dealership ever! They made my first time buying experience so easy! Jimmy, Bo and Jeremy were awesome, answered all my questions and took care of me! got a 2020 tacoma off road. Bo was super helpful and knew I was looking for one and sent it to me before I could even find it myself. Stayed in contact even after the sale and made sure everything was still good. 10/10 would recommend

Like many consumers I have been searching for a 2021 Tundra with the right price and equipment that I need. Found several but the dealers either price gouged you or the trade in was awful. This didn't occur with Estrabrook Toyota and Scott Mitchell ( salesperson). And folks I drove 3 hours to complete the transaction. I had another couple on the lot who wanted the same truck but Scott had made that deal over the phone. I already had prearranged financing and was in and out of the office in 5 minutes. After going over the changes with the Tundra and the complete inspection I was headed back. That is how you conduct business. A huge Army HOOAH to Scott. I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to call Scott.

Bought Lil Pug a Tacoma about a year ago, long story but I will tell you Chuck McDowell saved me a trip to New Orleans and about $1500 over the "across the bay" Toyota Dealer and another bag of cash more for trade. Couldn't have been any happier. Easiest transaction I have had buying a car, and I have bought a bunch. Today was the third visit for scheduled service. Went to make appointment online and was sent to a create a profile site, nope not me, so I called and no problem. Leslie was my advisor and as good as could be, kept me updated and was a great representative for the dealership. From the greeting to the exit she made me feel welcomed. We will be buying all the future Pugmobiles here as long as Chuck and Leslie are there for us. Memo to owners: pay those two more, it would be money well spent. (I don't care what they are compensated now, they deserve even more).
