I've had one of the larger units here for a good bit. That said, excellent units and service. Manager runs it well, and security cams are everywhere so very good there. Pricing is also good and the units themselves are well worth it.

I ought not to even give a rating or a star for the service if this place. Yes the units are clean and secure and seem to be in a nice quite and out if the way area, but well the lady was nice and just okay. But the man who owns it was very rude to me every time I tried to talk to him on the phone about anything. Including asking for his wife! And his wife was the one who I originally dealt with and who signed my monthly lease agreement with me and the one who gave me their number. And he was very rude about me asking for her, saying he was the owner of the place no one else and very rude about me calling him asking where did I get this number and why ask for his wife? I said I didn't know she was your wife and I'm sorry but I've got a lease signed by her and she the one put your number on here. Which is also listeed on the internet as your number as well. And I also tried to get him to work with me on a payment arrangement and he absolutely refused! And was rude about that too! And I was a new customer. So even if I would have had the money I would not recommend this place or keep my things here unless I was really desperate! Which I was last month, but I'm not now! So 'pthhh' ( blowing rasberries! ) I do thank the people that helped me get the place last month, but I'm out of there now! Never to return! And I don't think anyone else should either!
