There isn’t staff available during weekends which is understandable but in this business when customers are most likely to move on those days, it would be great to have someone available for urgent service calls and the like. It would also be great to have responsive customer service during the week. However, when reporting an issue (during weekday business hours) at the climate control building for the fifth or so time, the customer service agent argued and then hung up. She hasn’t answered any subsequent calls. Do NOT use this business if you need reliable lighting in the building where you’re paying for a climate controlled unit. Do NOT use this business if you value customer service because you sure won’t get it.
