“We got off 10 for a pit stop up the road and Google sent us up 90. We aren't in a hurry anyway. We passed The Oaks and both said "Look at that place." I checked Yelp and we stopped for chili dogs and chicken tenders. It is a hole in the wall place, not a lot of stock. But the chicken tenders were nice and hot. The chili dogs were not the best I have had but were still quite good. We ate at the picnic table and people watched. It was a nice stop!”

“Admittedly, this location looks a little run down but I needed to stop to pick up a sports drink and it was convenient so I decided to give it a try. It not only had the beverage I was looking for, but the customers and employee were all very friendly. I won't hesitate to stop here again in the future!”

“What a little gem! So glad we stopped by here when we were traveling! The HH deli is so good! I'm telling y'all, the house sauce is 100% better than raising caines. The breading on the Cajun tenders are perfect! We got the corn dogs and egg rolls as well. The corn dogs are huge inside! The egg rolls are great. Overall all of the food is delicious. The service was even better. We dined in on 03/05 around 5pm. The manager/team leader was fast and friendly and even showed recognition to her crew. Just a great experience out of something that was just going to be a restroom stop.”

“Quick stop for gas on the way home. This location is a little tricky. Pay attention to the entry when coming from off the highway and making the left hand turn in. I missed it and have to drive and come back. I didn't go in the convenience store. The transaction was made at the pump. My dad went in and got snacks and drinks. No complaints from him. “Alright. I think they have only one dedicated worker, and she is always there. Seems they can not get or keep good help. The lady has a strict policy about Covid and the masks, and I like the enforcement. But she has on sunglasses and it's night time. ?? She's like that every time. I don't think she is blind, because she is there alone. Which is scary for a woman. I think the owner should step his game up bc that store is capable of much more. Just needs the right ingredients to get it back right.. Parking lot was like a ghost town and that is unusual there.”

“Nice clean be station on the corner of 63 and wade vancleave. Not crowded, all pumps new and working. Diesel at EVERY PUMP!!! Which is super nice. Windshield wash and paper towel dispensers are all full. Hopefully this place stays nice and kept up.”

“Great experience but there was a new employee who you can tell was having a hard time and had some kind of disability and the manager behind him kept looking at him almost to discriminate against him watching him really hard as if he was doing something wrong as he interacted with me. Bad management as far as you asked me with that whole situation but other than that I love palette I worked there before an has great everything else. I felt so bad for the guy”

I love the burgers, mighty tasty. The shrimp po'boys and BBQ ribs are good as well. . They are only open Thursday through Saturday, enjoy a nice big tasty burger.”
