USPS website gave me a QR code and this location to make a return. Arrived, no one at front desk and all I hear is yapping in the back. Walk around for a few minutes and then someone finally happens to come to the front desk while I was there and all they said was “we cant do that here. Go to the next town over.” There are zero indicators that is true in the physical location or the website..

I've lived in Moselle for over 30 years. Myself and many others have adapted to the hours it opens.( Ellisville isn't that far and they're open from 8:00 to 4:30 Monday-Friday unsure about Saturday. ) I would like different hours for Moselle too . That said, myself and many other's depend on Moselle Post Office and we feel blessed to have it , no matter the hours.

The lady in the office is great,and the lady on route 13 is one of the best mail carrier I have ever seen.Back to the lady in she is so friendly and helpful. I'm disabled and she goes out of her way to help me.

Absolutely terrible. We don’t get half of our mail and our big packages don’t get delivered half the time. They never stop to deliver the package they just put a note in your mailbox that states we missed the delivery when they never came by to begin with. Calling them doesn’t do any good either. Poor service

So this has happened way too many times to not leave a bad rating. This is over the 20th time that our mail carrier forgets to deliver my package on the day it’s out for delivery. Instead of coming back to deliver it later like UPS, FedEx or Amazon Delivery, they just use an excuse like it was undeliverable and will try again tomorrow. They also use the reason, recipient asked for it to be held at the post office. It’s usually one of the two. And when I say it’s happened more than 20 times, it’s happened several times over that. I’m super displeased with our mail carrier.

Constantly having issues with them not placing my packages into my mailbox which is made to hold big boxes nor do they even attempt to blow the horn or even let us know they are present outside with any packages. Apparently they expect you to wait between 2 to 4 hours outside to catch them.

They won’t actually deliver my packages. They just leave a pink slip saying that we have a muddy drive way and that we have to pick it up ourselves, even though my neighbors have even muddier drive ways.

Absolutely horrible we never get our packages they always put our mail in the wrong mail boxes very disappointed use to be great the past two years have been terrible no one is ever there and can not ever contact anyone to ask about where our packages are

Nice employees but working people can't use it. It closes at 2 everyday! Not convenient hours for anyone.

This is the most awful post office....has terrible hours. Really nice Mrs. Windham who works there....They have horrible hours. Totally a waste of money building this post office. I don't even bother using this one anymore.
