Every single vacuum and every single wash bay has taken my money and NONE of them work. Thanks so much. 0/5. I put tape on the bays because I'm sure everyone else is tired of their money being taken as well.

I. Have always loved going here and will continue. One thing though.. Fix the vacuums PLEASE! My money was taken on several occasions by several of the machines. I'm sure they are being maintenanced though ?

Great having this car wash when I'm up this way. The building looks well worn, but the results are key. A special hats off the the Crew, as they are what makes the way your vehicle look when done. Just went you think they are done, you car or truck is pulled out and further detailed. All at a reasonable price. Please keep up the great work!

I have been getting my car serviced at the Monticello Car Wash for years. This is the second time that they have put regular oil in my car rather then the synthetic that it needs. The girl at the desk states you need to tell them that it needs synthetic oil. Ok let me wonder through the garage and find someone because most times no on is there when you park your car. Then it is an issue when you want it drained and filled properly. Used to be a good place to take your car. We won't be back...... ever.

Just picked up my car, got an oil change and "super" wash....not sure what's so super about it, doesn't look like it was cleaned at all. I took pictures and brought them in to show the lady at the counter. She informed me that they don't wipe down the inside of the car, except the dashboard and the doors. When I told her the picture I was showing her was the door she then said cleaning the door wasn't included. After going back and forth with her for a few minutes, I left with a dirty car. I will not be returning.

Overall the service is excellent , I get my 3 cars oil changes and washed here, but the reason for the 1 star is, they employ thieves here. I had forgotten 45 dollars in a cubby and some little scum took it from my car, so moral of the story WATCH YOUR STUFF HERE IF YOU DECIDE TO PATONIZE THEM , me I'm undecided if I'll ever be back .
