The staff is horrible. I don't know why Mississippi State has had this problem for the past few years, but it seems like they are only hiring the same type of people, whom produce the same horrible results. They are mostly rude, unprofessional, disorganized, and incompetent. Evey common staff I've met, from the landscapers to to the cafeteria women, have been this way.

Really the worst food ever. They have only carbs and bread. At 1:50, no vegetarian food and the servers are so rude.! No thanks, not gonna waste my money at all.

While the building looked ok, it smelled like sour milk, and had very limited options.

The food is greasy most of the time. The coffee jars are never filled. And no ice-cream

Great staff and a large variety of food. Bonus is it's all you can eat.

I understand the roads are icy and it's cold. But having one food place open on campus with only one food section operating in it with a limited crew is not smart. Me and other students waited upwards of an hour in line just to eat stuff like rice. Poor management!!!

Employees don’t wear masks half the time but instead a neck guard and they are really slow

Went there today for fall preview and at 12:20 there was very little choice, completely out of pizza except two cold slices of cheese, cold hot dogs and fries sitting out, surly servers and very few people actually eating there for a reason. The parents and visitors who were around us were all astounded at how awful it was. Every thing we tried was pretty much cold and inedible and having it warm wouldn’t have fixed the inedible part. Wasted our free lunch tickets trying what there was and then waited in line and paid for edible Panda Express. It’s very clear why the Moes, Chic-fil-a, Panda Express, etc. were all covered up with long lines while this dining hall had almost no one there actually eating anything but drinks, cookies or chopped fruit. Thinking it was just today we stopped by a table of four students to get their opinion and they all said it has been bad and getting worse for a while now. I would have thought they would have actually made a better effort knowing so many prospective students and parents would want to check it out today.

It is only okay. The only day worth going is Wednesday - fried chicken day! Otherwise the food is blah. I think they’ve improved it, but it did fail a health inspection before. Since then, my only complaint was that one of the desserts was moldy - it smelled and tasted terrible. I thought it was blueberries, but it was definitely mold!

If you can avoid going here, do that. Perry failed their health inspection last year, and it doesn’t surprise me in the slightest. The staff are rude. The lines are so long. They should know when the usual rushes are, so they can be prepared. But no I always have to wait 20 minutes for them to cook a burger. Fresh is worth the longer walk. Also here is a picture of i think a hotdog bun??

I've been a student at MSU for a long time. I can say that this is one of the coolest old buildings on campus, and the staff are always so kind and accommodating. Aramark certainly has things it needs to improve with it's on campus dining, but it has done alright with the Perry. It's one of my favorite places to eat and work as well.

Disgusting food, long lines, and not enough food for the lunch crowd. MSU needs to put more effort into Perry like how they do Fresh.
