I arrived at pharmacy drive thru at 1415 24th Ave, Meridian, MS 39301 at 7:57pm just wanted to pick up medicine. Ring bell as I pulled a white female lady was on the phone passing the window. I was not acknowledge at all. I understand if someone couldn't be filled at that time but I just wanted to pick up. From looking in the window you could see registers off before 8pm which is closing time. Registers are not supposed to close down before 8pm. I see why this site has a 2.9 star rating.

Worst pharmacy super slow in person or on the phone. Waited 2 hours on the phone to just be hang up on. Drove to the store to wait a hour in line just to get a refill on a call in.

Drive thru has been closed all week for no reason. Wait 40 minutes in side for them to tell me to come back in 45 minutes. Return 3hrs later and wait in line 50 minutes for them to tell me they don’t have the medication in stock! Livid!!

I will remove this review once the issue is resolved bc I can give at least 4 stars judging from my prior dealings with this pharmacy in the past. this one star rating is just a hopeful attempt at gaining attention for a solution.. Since Friday, I’ve tried speaking with a pharmacy staff member with an issue that cannot be resolved using automated system.. Since then, multiple calls throughout each day are sent to an answering service that says the same thing “ our staff is assisting other customers, there are 3 callers ahead of you”… it never changes.. there’s obviously a technical issue bc on the busiest of days I can at least get a call through eventually. I’m a patient woman and I live close by so obviously I’ll just have to make a trip. Let me jump on my soapbox for a min though.. you all are medical professionals with an oath to DO No Harm.. please get this issue fixed before some elderly woman misses a few days of eliquis and strokes out. Some people are going out of their way to get to you and the least you can do is have an open line of communication. Do better.. I understand things happen out of ones control but this has been almost 4 days..

Nice store, but lousy service. No one at the front counter to check out patrons. Finally when a "youngster" came from the back to sell the merchandise. She hardly said anything to us except the obligatory amount I owed. Yeah if you wanna leave it in the car sweetie go right ahead in a locker

Pharmacy staff not professional at all. Hannah tries to keep you from talking to the pharmacist by screening the calls. Shes very rude, I dont think she realizes that shes working for the same ppl she is rude and condescending to. Michael is very professional and nice. If it weren't for him we would probably change.

Everything was great, except for the fact the "pharmacist" refused to do a 3 month supply on prescriptions. Even though the doctor and prescription insurance agreed to it with walgreens and cvs, this is our "preferred pharmacy" for 30 day or 3 month. Guess what, Nobody cares what you think! If the Neurologist and the prescription insurance company says my minor son needs his medications filled on the 3 month suppl, that should be no concern of yours. How about you do your job the way these contracts were intended for cvs and walgreens. THAT'S WHY WALGREENS AND CVS ARE THE PREFERRED LOCAL PHARMACY OVER MAIL ORDER FOR 3 MONTH REFILLS. needless to say, my sons doctor pulled his prescriptions immediately when I called her and sent them elsewhere. OH., AND THEY FILLED THEM SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR THE 3 MONTH NOT EVEN A FEW HOURS AFTER THE "PHARMACIST" REFUSED.

Went to pick up some online photos that were ready according to email. Everything was scattered amongst in photo area and it took the clerk a while just to find what I was talking about. No greeting from employees, just a “do you have you Walgreens card.” The store is also heavily overpriced compared to other retailers. Would not recommend.

Consistently the worst customer service with attitude. Brisk, abrupt, and abrasive are the standard. Take the extra time and go to the Walgreens pharmacy on Northhills street.

This is the worst so called drug store I have ever used. I called the store and asked if my meds were ready. They said yes. I drive almost an hour to get there and the "system" is down. My meds were already paid for. I asked couldn't they just give them to me now. No we can't was the answer. She was holding my meds in her hands. We have to scan them out. This isn't the first problem I have had here. They are slow and lazy. I will be changing ASAP.

Simply put stay away lady sneezing and coughing working in pharmacy no mask talking about getting a covid test. Understaffed full of excuses. Go to poplar springs. Is there even a manager here watching the staff???

Scheduled me for a shot at 1pm. I got there at 12:55pm. Waited for 10 minutes while others had been waiting for over 30 from what I heard. One of the workers asked who was there waiting for a shot, we raised our hands, and they announced they wouldnt be resuming until after 2pm. I took off work for this. I'll never deal with Walgreens again. Pathetic excuse for staff.
