Avoid this pharmacy at all cost. I have waited 3 weeks for an out of stock medication. I had to call more than ten times hoping that it was in. Only one associate out of the multiple I spoke to seemed to care. Rude and unconcerned this location.

Half the pharmacy workers are unfriendly and unkind. When you call with plenty of time before closing they will say one caller ahead of you and then they keep you on hold until the pharmacy closes. What kind of people do that? I'll tell you,, it's people who don't want to wait on you, they are too anxious to be free of the ties that bind and get on their way they don't have time for sick folks who need their medicine.

This place is the worst. Dirty, rude and the pharmacist is crazy. Go to North Hills and have a much better experience.

My experience with this Walgreen is when I walk in I immediately feel welcomed. Great customer service. Raven recently went above and beyond when I needed help with my halloween costume for candy crawl. Because of her, my costume turned out fantastic. Got a lot of compliments. Love this location and everyone who works there

Consistently the worst customer service with attitude. Brisk, abrupt, and abrasive are the standard. Take the extra time and go to the Walgreens pharmacy on Northhills street.

Simply put stay away lady sneezing and coughing working in pharmacy no mask talking about getting a covid test. Understaffed full of excuses. Go to poplar springs. Is there even a manager here watching the staff???

Use a CVS, use another Walgreens, use an independent pharmacy. Just don't use this Walgreens. They don't want your business anyway.

Me and my boyfriend ( he's in the Navy) came to this Walgreens one night right before they closed just to pick up some last minute things. We asked if they offered the military discount, they told us it was offered only on Tuesdays which was understandable. Then the employee named Mrs. Pam came over and put in her own rewards number and gave us $2 off, and the other employee Darius who was checking us out had the biggest and most friendly smile possible. Mrs. Pam and Darius are truly the kind of people that make customer service something to be proud of !

I recommend the pharmacy they keep me on point with my medication. I'm very happy with them. I love their cosmetics department they are very knowledgeable.
