They're closing whenever they feel like it! Hours say 10pm but sometimes they lock the doors at 9!

We mainly stopped in to use the restrooms. The place was clean and neat. So we're the bathrooms. Kind of limited on snack selections. But that isn't a big deal. Would stop here again.

Restroom was decently clean as far as gas station restrooms go. It actually had a nice, deodorized smell, thank goodness. Even my 12-year-old commented, "It's no Buc-ee's, but nobody is." The ladies at the register weren't overall friendly and bubbly, but they were just the right amount of professionally kind. They had a good selection of drinks and snacks, and we were on our way quickly.

I have complaint about the manager and staff at the Texaco in Meridian, MS 39301 on hwy 39. The manager there is on a complete power trip. A incident happened about a year ago that yes I admit too but I was never told I was banned. My mother who was still in the store after the incident wasn't told I was banned. My mother went into the store multiple times since then and was never told I was banned. I walked into the store a couple times when the manager wasn't there and was never told I was banned. I understand that she has video footage of me but does she have video footage of herself saying I'm banned? No I don't believe she does. Also like I just said, the incident was a year ago. If I'm banned, how long is this ban suppose to last? My mother was never told the length of the ban. We have literally never heard anything about being banned. Anyway flash forward to now and I walk into the store with my mom to get a tea. I was not doing anything wrong. But I was instantly called out in front of everyone. I turn around and see the manager and two of her workers all huddled together staring at me with malicious intent. Uncalled for. This is a woman trying to start drama/fights. Maybe shes bored with life? Maybe she's racist? Maybe she's expressing discrimination? I'm not sure but I feel like I'm personally being picked on. Besides if I'm banned, isn't it professional to explain the ban in more detail? Like how long it is? I do believe so. This is basically just someone who has a bone to pick with me for some reason. She could have just kept quite and not embarrassed me in front of everyone and everything would have been alright. But no this woman has a grudge against me for some reason. Apparently she gets enjoyment from seeing white people suffer. I hate to play the race card but I honestly see no other reason. I really don't see how this manager is allowed to still be working there. She has such a bad attitude. That's mainly the reason for the first incident. If she would have just told me nicely that I can't get the free drink offer more than once then it would have been avoided. Aren't cashiers and people who work in customer service suppose to be polite? Well she's far from that. That's why I honestly think it's a race issue. I'm white so I get attitude in return. If you're black, she's polite and nice. I see it all the time. Shouldn't she be told to act the same way to all people no matter the race? I could take this to court. Neither me or my mother had explicit confirmation that I was banned after the first incident. So how was I supposed to know I was banned? I had every right to get upset, it was a small issue that happened a year ago, why couldn't she just let it go? Honestly she's acting like I robbed the place or something! All I did was try to get the free drink offer more than once! I don't see how that calls for a permanent ban!? I really think she's blowing it way out of proportion! And after doing some research I found this: "A property owner can tell the individual in person, preferably with a witness, that he is banned, or notify him by certified letter with a copy sent to the local police department." This did not happen. I had no official notice that I was banned from this establishment after the first incident. Even if she didn't have a way to get a hold of me, she could have gave my mother an official notice that I was banned. But no she didn't. When it comes down to it. In my view the incident wasn't that serious at all. And it happened A YEAR AGO. Has this woman never heard of forgiveness? No probably not because I'm white. She apparently has no forgiveness for white people. This is just a manager on a power Trip trying to establish control over white people.

Bought a gallon of milk. It was sour. Saved the container to get an exchange. The manager actually said No and asked why I waited 2 weeks. Hard to believe the manager has no clue about customer service and repeat business. Over $5, they have lost my business, my family's business and every one I can share this with. I will be going across the street to the competition in the future.

As far as a gas station it is average. They do have power tools and wires exposed near stalls 7 and 5. This place is Not ideal for people who need diesel and are pulling campers. I did not go inside so I cannot comment on the items inside.
