Employees were very helpful and easy to talk to. They gave the impression they were there to help without even saying so. I guess that's why I'm a frequent shopper.

When I recieved the message that the shoes were ready for pick up I went to Sports Addition and was told it was not there to try Hibbett I did so just for them to tell me the same thing thry don't have it & to try City Gear but I had to go back to work so I went the next day to try Hibbett which didn't have it either so I had to come back a couple of days later because I had to get back to work again by this time I was at the mall for something totally different I had just made up my mind to call and be refunded for the shoe but I saw the manager was there and decided to let her know I had came for a pick up and was told that they didn't have it and non of the other stores I went to had it the email said it was here at Sports Addition she proceeded to retrieve the shoes and they were there the young man that told me they didn't have them said he thought I was looking for a raffle shoe which didn't make since because I told him it was a online order fir pickup but I got my shoes just wasted a lot of time and gas running around.

Seems to be very color oriented and I only ever really see one young white lady ever really working. The others seem to just stand around.

Most unprofessional store in the mall. The music was full of foul language while kids were in the store. Lost my business at the door.
