I have tried to have work done by these people off and on over the last 4 years.
1- could not get an appt within the time I was home. Work 14/14.
2- Said they could work on my car, 2003 Vette to install sub. Tried to cheap it by just adding an amp and sub-box when I clearly requested something made for the car already or I would pay them to custom make a box that would fit flush in the rear. Ended up being too complicated for them.
3- showed up again with the Vette to have work done only to have them show about 45 minutes late. Waited months for the sub-box to come in only to have them say they could not get it.
4- stopped in to schedule work on my truck only to have them say his installer was out for several weeks for some reason.
5- latest, called to schedule and they say they are booked for the next two weeks solid.
I have given up on these people. I am going to drive an hour and a half to get my work done in Hattiesburg instead of trying a sixth time to get something done here. Hope your experience with them is better but this was mine.

They are supposed to open at 9 which is when my appointment was scheduled for. I waited 45 minutes and no one ever showed up for work. Clearly they do hold themselves accountable or care about their customers.

Hands-down best audio Store on on the East Coast. Always very professional and super courteous to your needs if decide to stay and wait for you install. Robbie Odom Hands down is a craftsman at what he does and true talent! Definitely expect the best when you go there with the best prices and friendly customer service and very knowledgeable to answer any questions you may have!

Selective always works with me no matter how outlandish my requests are and Odom is a total craftsman with his installs. They always treat your equipment like it’s their own. They are VERY knowledgeable and don’t make you feel like a idiot when they talk with you about what you want and what they are gonna do for you to get you where you wanna be. A+
