I went to the Sam’s Club in Meridian,MS to return a brand new, never opened wallet that I purchased in Dec of 2021. (I didn’t return this item sooner as we were in the process of moving into our house and the item got lost in the move.) When I went to return the item, I was advised that because the purchase is over 90days I was unable to return it. I explained that guideline is for electronics and major appliances, and the lady argued with me. As you can see in the attached photo from Sam’s Club site, you can return a wallet at ANY time. I called to explain this to the team and they continued to argue with me and placed me on hold for at least 10-15mins when I requested to talk to a manager. The customer service at the Meridian, MS is horrible! I never have this kind of customer service at any of the other Sam’s Club stores I visit.

I just wanted to commend the young woman who greeted me at the entrance. I was having a bad day and she helped changed that by the way she interacted with me. She was genuinely upbeat, friendly, and kind. I could tell she was sincere with her emotion and words- that she not only took pride in her job, but enjoyed her customers. I didn't get her name, but she's a younger (in her 20's maybe?) black female that was wearing glasses and I think she was wearing a headband/hairwrap band with shortish/medium hair. Her customer service mannerism was top notch, and I just wanted to praise her for it. It was refreshing to be on the receiving end. The world is definitely a better place with her in it!

I was amazed by the food prices and drinks as well I went in brought a case of Coke, Gatorade, also some catfish, I tried the Philly steak sandwiches much better than getting single three dollars Philly sandwich at Walmart. Pay all those for around fifty dollars!! That's a great bargain would last three or four weeks before I go back to Sam's.

Driving through Meridian, MS to get to a rodeo in AL that started at 7 with it already being 6:30, with a tire on our dually that had a flat. Purchased the tires brand new yesterday from a different location, but failed to replace the stems. Even though we had a spare, it still wouldn’t have held up due to the faulty stem. My horse was loaded in the horse trailer in the heat and let me tell you, I HIGHLY recommend Sams Club tire service! It was the end of the day and I’m sure everyone was getting ready to go as they were about to close at 7. We had a gentleman by the name of Darrell who was so kind and took the time to help us! If it wasn’t for him, we wouldn’t have been going anywhere. I can’t thank this man enough! The world needs more people like this man.

i got there at 5 minutes till opening and asked about appointments and was told they don't do appointments I was the only one in line till 8:15 am . Then three people went ahead of me ! I finally went to the counter at 10:15 and was told they haven't even got me in yet! I asked for my keys back and I've bought my last set of tires and even though I've paid for the tire rotation package for three vehicles I'm not going back! How do you not see me first they were putting new tires on two vehicles when I looked in the shop area . I tried to complain to the manager on the phone and she put me through to the tire center and no one answered the phone! Absolutely horrible service and I've been buying tires from them for 15 years! Never again!

Awesome service, I absolutely love shopping at this location! Employees are very helpful and kind. Very clean and well stocked even in this Covid-19 pandemic shortages.

I saw a laptop that was on clearance in-stores at the Pearl Sam's, unfortunately they didn't have any in stock. They looked at the near by locations and told me that the Meridian location had 2 laptops left of the exact same ones on sale. I called the Meridian to confirm if they had it and to put it on hold. So I made the hour in a half drive to the Meridian location to only find out that they couldn't give me the exact price that the Pearl Sam's said I could have. I spoke to a manager to see if they could honor the price since it's under the same whole sale company. Instead, the Meridian manager told me that the only way I could get the price is if the Pearl store called to get the laptop shipped to the Pearl location. If that was the case, I don't see what the big deal would be if the Meridian store just honor the price. These people are incompetent at their jobs. Gave me the run around to get nothing in return.

Stopped here for gas while on the road traveling I-20. The location of this Sams is very awkward... meaning that traffic backs up on to the main road because to get in there is a 4 way stop, and only one way to enter/exit. I'd hate to be here in an emergency. Gas prices were excellent; pumps worked and we didn't have to wait long to get our gas and leave.

Today the person at the door who checks receipts when you exit said she needed to check my handbag. I've shopped this Sam's Club for 10 yrs & have never had my personal belongings examined. I was hot! I asked the greeter at the entrance are they instructed to inspect handbags and she said it was store policy. I complained to management and received the same lame response so I called corporate. The person I spoke with was shocked that such a policy was in place. A case was filed documenting the incident. I'm demanding a full refund on my membership fee and I'm not planning on shopping there again. I'm not going to spend my money at a store that treats me like a criminal. TOTAL BULL!!!

Great produce and very good prices. But beware the return policy; the one that's NOT posted on the wall. The one on the wall says satisfaction guaranteed. The website gives a few electronic exceptions. I bought a Dyson stick vacuum as a gift for my wife, but she was satisfied with the cleaning power. I tried to return it (I was even within the 90 day electronics window, which didn't technically apply), but the store manager refused. I had even cleaned and repackaged it the way the website required. I called the corporate customer service while there, and they said there'd should be no problem returning it, but the store manager Robin still refused. The "Satisfaction Guarantee" sign is still posted in the store, but just know it's not worth the plastic it's screened on. Won't be buying large items there any more.
