Caught a flat and notice both back tires were worn which makes me believe when I got my set of tires they never aligned them properly going into tomorrow and I will be walking out with two new tires and to think I was buying all new rims from them tomorrow too. Update they had me pay to replace my tires saying “normal wear and tear” not normal at all what a joke. They tried to make it seem like I was so new customer which I wasn’t then tried to correct their mistake I was also suppose to buy rims from them yeah not anymore and I’m getting my deposit back to secure those rims that didn’t get in til almost two weeks later go somewhere ELSE!!!

After receiving multiple spam email & texts, I decided to give them a call, to inquire about a new set of tires. Their website is UNSECURE, and doesn't list prices. I was told they "don't give quotes over the phone". What kind of place is this?? This is the 21st Century, and I'm not burning gasoline to drive across the county, taking up my time to wait in some line, just to find out what their price would be. I've already found a set of 4 online, for a price I'm comfortable with, with Giga Tires, without having to invest over 1 hour of my time driving 45 miles round trip, to have some kid try and hard sell me, just to get a price. Any place that won't advertise their prices must have something to hide. And any company that has something to hide is not a company I want to do business with. I couldn't care any less about how friendly they are. All I want is a good set of tires for a reasonable price. I'm not going to get that here. And what kind of company wants customers to put up their vehicle as collateral for a set of tires?? Is this a pawn shop or a tire store? PASS!!

I have only ever had positive experiences each time I stop in to RNR! Quick and friendly service! They go the extra mile to earn your loyalty. They have repaired flats/nail holes on multiple occasions for my family free of charge, as well as provided replacement lug nuts and free balance and rotate! You can rest easy, knowing they have your back down the road and you are not forgotten about after your purchase! Would definitely recommend and will be returning!

If there was a way to put zero stars I would because what gives RnR the rights to go in someone mailbox and then lie no you to the manager and then I have told them numerous of times that I was going to return the tires because I couldn’t afford them because they were out of my budget then and one manager said that he would give me a set of tires for free and so I went and returned them and got the set now they are telling me that I have to pay them for the tires all I can say is y’all are renting from RnR they are over priced for tires and rims cause just for a used tire it 300.00 dollars for a used one not a new one and I have proof that they went in my mailbox and if someone know what I can do about that feel free to let me know thanks
