Would not recommend using this company for storage. I chose climate controlled storage because I had furniture and other items I wanted to be on an air conditioned environment. The AC stopped working in the middle of the summer and the storage unit is unbearably hot. I voiced concerned to the office and nothing has been done in over three months.It is also almost impossible to get to my storage unit as it it down a hill where the driveway is literally falling apart. Anything larger than a mid sized car would have trouble getting down there.Bad service, bad condition. Would not use

I would not recommend Queen City Storage I left my furniture in their care for a year , paying on time & everything!!! We was notified that our lock had been cut and the would put another on but I knew something wasn't right so when I go to get my things I had several things missing and they telling me all they can do is file a police report!!!! Please don't leave anything in their storage unit...

Office staff is great at this location. That's the only reason I gave 2 stars. Despite different office staff ladies telling the owner the air is out numerous times, it has not been fixed. This has been broken for several months!! I'm paying for climate control and not getting it. This is a failure on the owner not getting it fixed!!

The office staff at the Mosby Road location is great. That's the only reason I gave it 2 stars. The issue is we are paying for climate control and not getting it. The air has been out for several months, despite the fact that the owner has been told by the office staff numerous times. Not happy with the owner!!
