I went into this nail salon this morning. I was the 1st and only customer (9:17am). The lady was in such a hurry and I wondered why. She finished my pedicure in 21 minutes. My nails are half painted and my feet are still rough on the bottom. May I add that my toe is sore on the side where she left an ingrown nail. This was the worst spent $50. I really hate my pedi... I will never visit this place again ?

The woman that’s there.. she be so in a rush to get finished with your nails that it don’t be done the right way.. I won’t recommend no one to go there. My nail was so ugly.. before I could let her know about my nails.. she gotten up and started on someone else!

Its been 2 days and the nails started coming off yesterday. Dont have time to glue them back on, asked for a refund. Even half was sufficient as HALF the nails came off. Sent me on my way, the place isn’t busy for a reason.

Rushed. Nails were not filed to the shape I desired. When I tried to communicate that to the nail tech she was very rude. Nail polish is sloppy & does not even cover entire nail. Would never recommend to anyone.Service: Acrylic nails

The lady that works in this shop is bad for business and she has a bad attitude. She does not care how her service is and works fast only to get your money and will have you looking any kind of way.

My experience would have been more wonderful if they did not do gel nail polish I do not like gel nail polish but other than that he was great he did a fantastic job on my nails and then look like man hands when he was done thank you pro nails

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Quan did an amazing job. I have never had nails this perfect. They did everything exactly how I wanted! Today was my first time but I will only be coming here from now on.

First off,it WAS HOT BX THEIR A/C was off & They are RUDE! Waited an hour just for the guy to have an attitude bc I “Couldn’t Make Up My Mind” that’s literally the right I have if they don’t have the specific color I’m asking for,or design. He literally gv me the nail selection & moved on to the next person. WITHOUT letting me know what he was doing! They are OVER PRICED! $45 for a Full set bc they automatically charge you for Gel which isn’t the kicker,Then he kept exaggerating the price of Design as if he felt like I wasn’t going to pay THAT price(He Stereotyped me) NEVER HAVE I EVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WHEN GETTING MY NAILS DONE! I am Seriously APPALLED! I’ll pay over $100 for nails as long as the customer service is Good but this place lacks Good Customer Service! Mind you I was supporting a local business as I was just passing through MI to get to ATL!
