Impossible to get them to return a call, left two voicemails never got a callback. Was not will received when I made my first visit inquiring about dog boarding. I made a second visit today, looking to board my dog three times a month while I am away at work. They acted like they didn’t want my business. Would not recommend them if they were the last place in town.

North Meridian Pet Retreat is one of the best animal care facilities I've seen. Very caring, professional and treat the dogs with wholesome and unconditional love .

We plan our routes for cross country road trips around which kennels are the best for our dogs. We have shepherds and many places are hesitant to interact with them, but we’ve had nothing but great experiences here. The staff is wonderful. They are kind, caring, and the dogs never act scared to go in! The setup is great too. Plenty of outdoor space, nicely sized kennels, and the owner is a vet so I have peace of mind that they’ll be cared for well in the event it’s needed. Will always recommend.

Best place I've found to board our dogs. Employees treat our dogs like they were their own. Very clean and well maintained.

I visited while it was going through some remodeling. Needless to say that no one or animals in the area I was at. What I did see that the area has a lot of beautiful tile floors. It's gated as well.

I boarded my three cats here this week, two of which have never boarded before. Dr Harper made me feel at ease when we left them because I’m very protective of my pets. She even sent me a video to show me they were adjusting well. And when we took them home after four days, they fell right back into their routine. Obviously no stress there. I wouldn’t hesitate to board them again and have already recommended them to my friends. Thanks to Dr Harper and her staff

This is an amazing place. They really care about the animals they take care of. I felt like they really went above and beyond what normal shelters do. I could see a huge difference in my dogs when I picked them up, they were happy to see me but not running for the door to get out of there. I would not take my dogs anywhere else. This is truly a great place for your dogs.
