**LONG POST ALERT** I went there with the intention of buying the new Samsung A15 and the guy told me that it would be $150 and when I asked why he said that the phone is $101.78 plus I HAVE to get the highest plan($65), I HAVE to get the $10 insurance, and pay the $25 activation fee and I added it up it was over $200 and I asked him if the prices were the same online he said yes even though they're not. I purchased it from the website for just $40. The guy didn't know I worked at a prepaid cellphone store myself and knew how the game worked. Be careful going to that store. And no the case and screen protector does NOT come free with the phone. They use tactics to boost their commission checks at the risk of ripping off customers.

Went by and they door was locked so when I did get into the store employee was very unprofessional to be a manager just lost a customer taking my business somewhere else that don’t mind helping customers

I seen advertising and posts on the website that said you get a free phone when switching carriers. I read the fine print and expected to pay the activation that was $15 at the time, the phone service plan $55, & taxes at 7%. That is not what the employee said. His exact words were "That is how they advertise, the phones aren't really free." This was in Meridian, MS at the college park location. False advertising!
