I bought a riding mower on Sunday. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday at 2:30. It has not been delivered. Now it’s scheduled for Saturday. We were never notified of the change and I have been calling trying to speak to SOMEONE but they just connect me to a line that never answers for about an hour. The customer service is horrible. No one will help you.

3 workers walked passed me and didn't ask me if I needed assistance. The 1 worker who finally came to help felt like he was rushing me. Then I had to put the 150lb item in my vehicle by myself

Update - same big guy at 9am on May 21, 2023, paint dept most rude, angry and unhelpful. Same guy twice. lost customer permanently to Ace, paint dept got mad at me for wanting to have paint mixed and he literally said i have to stand there and wait for at least 30 mins or he wouldn't help me. Each time without exception lowes employees seem pissed at the customer for simply needing their assistance in their dept to which they are being paid to assist. Cant wait for robots to replace them.

We placed an order on 3/31 for a zero turn lawn mower, to be delivered. It was set to be delivered 4/2. My husband took off work, waited all day, no delivery. No call, no text and no email. The manager June was helpful and said they were having issues with their 3rd party delivery service. She rescheduled the delivery date for 4/5. My husband again took off work to be home for the appointment time. Waited all day, no delivery. That evening we received a call saying the delivery truck had broken down and they would reschedule it. 11 days after our order was placed, we still have yet to receive our $3,000+ order. No call backs from the 3rd party delivery service on a reschedule delivery. This is poor customer service. We will be canceling that order and taking our money elsewhere. Lowe’s needs to change back to local delivery drivers, because whomever they are contracting out to will and is causing them to lose business.

Went to store for pull handles for a piece of furniture. I needed some help and sales associate named Lloyd helped me out. He was very helpful, polite and friendly. He was well knowledgeable of product I was looking for. He went above and beyond to help me out.

I'm done with this place. I'd give 0 stars if I could. If you bought it and it works thats great. If you have any trouble or if it arrives damaged your f...ed! HORRIBLE customer service and you'll probably get an installation crew that doesn't seem very friendly. Take it or leave it was the feeling I got.
