I was strand on the side of I-20 and these guys came out, took care of me and charged a fair price. If I’m ever stranded on the side of the road again, I hope it’s near Meridian MS. Great job guys!

My son and daughter were broken down in Meridian and needed a tow from there to my shop in Jackson. Mr. Robert went out of his way to help us. He didn't have to take the job but he did. My kids were in a truck-stop lounge and may have had to spend the night there had it not been for him. They are honest and fair!

A few days ago, I was stranded on the highway, at night, with my engine smoking. I called AAA and they contacted Knight's. A man named Robert showed up to get me less than 30 minutes later and was amazing. He instantly made feel safe and I was able to calm down and make some rational decisions. I was able to find a hotel - Tru by Hilton in Meridian - and he made sure that I had a place to stay and knew who to call in the morning. I did call the next morning to get my car towed back home (shout out to AAA Plus!) and a man named Joe gave me a ride. He was so nice and easy to talk to. He towed me to the dealership and made sure I had a ride home while the car was being fixed. These guys were so professional and calming. I truly appreciate everything they did for me! I definitely recommend giving them a call the next time you need a tow.

We needed a tow due to a mechanical issue with our older car. Luckily, AAA sent us Brock of Knights Towing. He arrived earlier than expected, and handled our car with care. He parked us in a protected location, and then investigated what was wrong, and prepared the car to be fixed, even though we were unsure about securing the part and exactly who would fix it. Knights stuck with us through the process and did excellent work on the car. Unbelievably, we were rolling away in a little more than 24 hours, and no problems since then. It was an unexpected stop and we are grateful for their quality and honest work. I'm thankful that Brock of Knights Towing and Automotive got sent our way! Inconsiderate tow truck operators. They need to lean to let people get over for disabled vehicles on the road instead of speed up on them.

Had a tire blow out on me yesterday. I called Knight's, and a gentleman arrived to assist me in under 10 minutes. Another 10 minutes later, and he had me up and running again with my spare.
