Called about having glass replaced, woman who answered was very rude and abrupt. Acted like she was being bothered. Went somewhere else and got incredibly courteous and fast service.

It took them 6 weeks to get around to replacing one piece of glass in my house. I will not be using them again.

front desk didn't listen to me very well, asked to cut a piece of plexiglass a little larger than the piece i brought in,they cut it the same size, had to pay up front said if i wanted to do the job again i had to pay again.guess they don't stand behind their work. it was such a simple job.if you want a job done there make sure to talk to the person doing the job.i'll never go back there again.

I've done business with them for over 15 years but the person they have working the phone and counter lately is snotty and has bad customer service. I completely understand from having to deal with people in this area, but some people are legitimately trying to do business with you. Apparently they have a lot of people order glass and not pick it up. I order it because they are busy and so am I, I need to pick it up and go. They want you to pay over the phone in advance before cutting it. That's fine and dandy but #1 I don't deal with credit cards and mostly use cash. #2 I'm tax exempt because I run a business, they never figure that in and I have to get it adjusted which takes even longer and is a pain in the butt. They take your phone and name, you'd think they could look you up and see that you've done business with them and you're tax exempt. But no, Ms. Ghetto on the other end doesn't think like that. #3 I've ordered glass that was cut incorrectly in the past. I'd like to see what I'm paying for before I pay for it. If I were ordering $1,000 or multiple thousands of dollars it'd be a different story to pay in advance. They must not realize there are other glass stores in the area. Because apparently they do not want my business. I don't think anyone's going to lose sleep at night over missing my $20 or $50 glass order - but when it adds up not only from me but others who do not want to deal with the poor customer service, it's going to add up to be a lot. I don't so much have an issue paying over the phone as I do with the bad service - and straight up treating someone like a non-paying criminal that's what I felt like. There's no need to be rude and hateful with someone. Setup an account, pull it up to see "ah this dude orders and pays for his stuff, oh he's tax exempt too" - that'd be too much like right...
