1st glass replacement was fine, over 2 months later still waiting for the estimate and replacement for a 3×4 window (pain) pane.

Glass Inc. was recommended to me, and I left very happy. The woman at the front desk was kind and had someone start cutting what I needed immediately. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I'm not sure why some of the other reviewers had bad experiences, but I will definitely be coming back!
