I don’t know who the driver is in my area of Quitman but he has dropped my chewy dogfood order twice in ant beds. The ants not only got in to the box but also the bags. I called fedEx and made a complaint and also called chewy. Chewy filed a complaint with fedex after the first complaint and again after the 2nd. I had another chewy order the following month and the driver threw my box out on the side of the road at a neighbors house about 1/4 mile away. Had I not driven by the next morning my package would have been picked up by someone else. This driver is spiteful and needs to be put on a different route or terminated. UPS is absolutely the better carrier. I am disgusted with FedEx. Poor service.

2 packages were supposed to be delivered 8/18/23, both were listed as "out for delivery" both have now been rescanned as "out for delivery" for 3 days with no delivery, while a parcel runner for them got a package to me on a Saturday when it wasn't even supposed to arrive until Monday.Y'all need better drivers and to do your job.We've had so many issues with fedex over the last couple months, it's ridiculous

The station manager needs to be replaced. The operation of this station is out of controller. Ordered an item from a vendor last year but never received it. Fedex kept giving updated and excuses. I had another package sent April 2023 from a mail service and after a week delay and a lot of Fedex excuses I had to drive 60 mile one way to pickup the package. The station manager is never there so I could not talk to him but I was assured by the person behind the counter the station manager would call. Did not happen. I just had temperature controller medicine sent next day delivery. Shipped on Tuesday with scheduled delivery Wednesday. Never made it. The Fedex travel log said it was on truck to be delivered. Then they said it would be delivered Thursday and then Friday, but never made it. When I took a closer look at the Fedex log wording it suggest the station was closed down Thursday and Friday. The latest delivery Monday. It realty does not matter now because cold pack in 90 deg weather will not last that long. Medicine is no good. Calling Fedex is just a waste of time. Their agents are mostly in Manila and can hardly speak the English language. Recommend do not use FEDEX EXPRESS IF YOU ARE SERVICED OUT OF THE MERIDIAN, MS STATION.

The WORST service from a carrier I have EVER had!!! Drivers don't know what they are doing, don't know what packages are on their trucks. I've had a window a/c unit that rode around on the truck for almost 3 days and finally got it delivered but pushed through the door opening like a domino piece. He wouldn't get out and help 2 disabled older women put it on a waiting dolly. I don't know how many of you know but you can ruin a/c's, refrigerators, freezers by NOT keeping them in an upright position so I imagine it's a goner. That same day I had 4 gallons of interior paint on the truck in this heat and we are on day 4 for that and it's Saturday so they're probably ruined as well. What gets me besides him not helping with the heavy a/c is how he logged all of this by saying "operational delay, not attempted," other NONSENSE which were ALL LIES since he even said that on the day he actually kicked our air off!!!I am surely going to request Walmart resend my items by stork if they have to.....anything would outperform these ne'er-do-wells!!!

They throw my packages on my porch and come flying in and out of my driveway!!! When confronted the lady cussed me out. Very unprofessional!!!

i shipped a package on June 28 and had a delivery date of June 30, 2023. I called today July 1, 2023 to track my package. The recording said it’s on its way to the distribution center in Auburn with no delivery date scheduled. What the heck is going on???? Where is my package??????

Listen I need for you guys to check your drivers who come to newton county!!!! This don’t make any sense!!! Every time my package suppose to come they put “they tried to deliver it “ but “ they couldn’t” which is a lie because I been at home all day!! But the most important part I have cameras at my home !!!! Please, do your job !!! If I pay for extra to get my package delivered I should be able to get it !!! Yes , I do understand things happen but stop lien !!! Then around Christmas our package was lost ?!!! Yeah lost and someone in that place stole a PlayStation 5 !!!!

A package with items that are vital to my wife's overall health and helping maintain it was set to be delivered on 11/23. Tracking says it's on the truck. By 5pm, it never showed and things were changed to "Delivery Exception". I called customer service and was told "You need to call the shipper. They requested the change in delivery date." I contacted shipper who said "We never requested a different date of delivery" and offered to provide all the relevant information to prove it. I waited to see, because tracking said it would arrive on 11/25, if it would arrive. It didn't. I checked tracking. It was still listed as "Delivery Exception". I called customer service again. "It has been placed in the pen for future delivery". Despite me trying to explain, I didn't felt heard or understood. I am now beginning to process to file a lost/stolen claim with FedEx listed as the ones responsible and contacted the company with the health supplies for my wife to attempt to get a new box sent NOT via FedEx.I am not sure what the policy is, but this has become ridiculous and I would rate a 0 stars since they cannot seem to understand that things related to health not being delivered on time. 10/10 would NOT recommend them. Ever.

Been waiting 3 days on a overnight shipping package. Customer service has been no help, package is very important and all they say is call back tomorrow if it hasn’t been delivered. I wish I could give negative stars. I have never received a package on time from this facility
