Pitiful… I tried my best to talk with a live person I lost my item I bought and paid for

This company has the worst customer service. Nobody ever answers the phone. And they do not deliver your package in a timely manner you might wait months before receiving your item and when you do receive it the package is all tore up I don't know what happened to FedEx but now became the worst shipping company in the US.

La’Swavea, Angela, and Michelle worked after hours, dealt with TONS of added trouble, and chaos all to make sure I got my package on time. They were the BEST to work with and called me to make sure that it was delivered on time- even sending a driver to get it and back to me.
