They lost my prescription! Manager said they’d look into what happened, never heard from her, complained to corporate, the district was going to investigate ,,, 2 weeks later,, haven’t heard from them. How does the CVS in our area stay in business ?! They should be shut down !!!

I use Clarkedale Pharmacy normally,but they are not open on Saturday I needed pen tips for my insulin the woman at the drive thru window is the rudest and racist person ever ! Told me to go to Wal Mart and get them and I even showed her my prescription

never answer the phone.avg hold time 30 min.when someone answers they get info and ask you to hold for pharmacistafter few moments u get dis connected

I cannot get my scripts. Two Dr offices are sending in my scripts. They say they are not there. Now something is clearly wrong but they are not willing to help

The 2 ladies in the pharmacy told me they don't look up insurance for patients ...They were so rude. They kept saying his insurance is inactive when it's not and that would have to pay $120 to get hos meds. I told them I'll go somewhere else and that they need to work on their customer service. They interrupted me multiple times. I have a sick kid at home. Be kind to people...do your job and stop being lazy. I called my child's doctor and they were happy to send the meds else where. I went to Walmart pharmacy on HWY 39 to get the meds for my sick son and the atmosphere was completely different with smiles and good customer service..and guess what his insurance was active! Guess what cost $0. Get those women out of CVS pharmacy. I'm a pharmacy technician myself and I would never treat anyone like that.

It is unreasonable for this store to close the pharmacy at 6:00 PM six days a week with no Sunday hours. What is a working person to do for needed prescriptions? We have been using this location for many years. In recent months the pharmacy crew has been unwilling to help with prescription transfers from another CVS location. At one point my wife was told to contact her transplant team doctor in N.C. and have him submit a new prescription. After calling the CVS in N.C. it was accomplished through CVS's computer system. The clerk at this location is uncompassionate and rude.

The pharmacy crew are rude and the cashier pointed her fake nail finger at me rudely telling me I told you to comeback in 1 hr not 40 minutes. They refused to come to the window to wait on me and I rung the bell 3 different times. I love will never give cvs my business again

This place doesn't even deserve a star at all. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I sat in line for an hour! An hour!!! An hour!! Get to the window and wasn't able to get anything. Why?? Because they weren't going to be done until tomorrow. Tomorrow??? But over the phone you tell me everything will be ready at 3p.m. I truly hate that Mr discount is closed. They would never do this! Ever! Then she tells me she can only fill 1 prescription now. And to swing back around in 15 minutes. I just said I'll get it tomorrow. I had to leave that window quickly, cause I KNOW I was about to get out of character. I chose this sorry A place because of the proximity to my home. But after this, I'll drive to Africa for my medication. Something needs to be done. They should not be allowed to lie over the phone. I waste time and gas trying to get medication that I truly need. I have a bleeding disorder & severe pain. Tonight I will suffer. Thanks a lot CVS. You're awesome!!!**I made that review about a month ago. After not being able to get my medication transferred to another pharmacy, I had no choice but to try again. I have yet to receive anything, but the service & mannerisms are 1000% better. I'll update once they fill everything.

Unfortunately I have to deal with this specific cvs every month, for the past year. When I tell you NOT ONE SINGLE TIME have they greeted me, didn’t accuse me of lying ( insinuations) about my script, get it right and be polite. I understand they are short handed but even on days when they have someone extra they still talk down to you. You know if you can’t run a business efficiently( treat customers with respect, see to them in timely manner , ANSWER THE PHONE) then you shouldn’t operate it at all. It’s not fair to the few of us that have to deal with your menopausal meltdown days. Today was the last straw , I’ve been calling all day to verify I can only afford half of my script today they NEVER answer. Ever . Yet I kept calling to avoid what I’m doing right now. She got rude, and very angry! Insisted I needed to go down there to drop off, no they’ve already been filled mam, not now they haven’t she says your at the back of the line I have customers it may be a few hours” she smirked. Last time. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because of the store side . God bless them they take messages for pharmacy for me, try and help etc. Get a grip CVS.

Came here for a booster shot. Setup an appt online and then come here, walk back to the pharmacy and am greeted with a "pharmacy closed" sign.

If I could leave NO stars, I would. Two times in a row that we have needed to refill an rx and the pharmacy is closed because they dont have a pharmacist. It takes 30 to 45 minutes to get in and out on an average day. DO BETTER! I'm done with this pharmacy!
