As a drop-in, I found the coaches and the members welcoming and helpful. The wods are challenging but with 3 levels, you can choose how hard you want to go. I’ll definitely be back anytime I’m in the area.

Aside from absolutely loving the people at this gym, the programming is awesome. I came in totally new to CrossFit, and the coaches have patiently helped me learn and grow. Can’t imagine a nicer place to learn the sport and become more fit!

Ludus has a great team of coaches who care about their athletes. They encourage us to work hard to become stronger, while emphasizing good form and safety. The atmosphere of the gym is friendly and fun.

Stopped by for two weeks while on post deployment leave and I don't have enough words to describe how good and how friendly everyone is. Ludus is not just a gym is a big family. Everyone needs to go there. I definitely would recommend this place for everyone who is looking g for something different, something fun that keeps your mind busy but also pushes you to your limits. Great place I love it and I can't wait to return in December

It is obligatory that I brag on this gym all the way from Colorado! This gym encompasses what it means to be a strong and supportive CrossFit community. The coaches are supportive and accommodating to individuals of any skill level and do not begin a session until they have ensured that each and everyone is comfortable and informed for their safety and best experience. Their goal at this box is for everyone to have the most effective and beneficial workout possible. I will never not visit this gym when I'm back home! The people here are amazing , I moved from Yuma Arizona and my crossfit gym back home is identical to Ludus and I am so extremely happy to be apart of this new crossfit family and happy to continue to share my weight loss transformation journey with them .
