Recently, I had a dispute with Shazaam over some bogus charges and Josh at the local branch patiently worked with me to get my money back & even offered up some great tips on how to avoid this happening again even though u think u are being cautious. Joseph, also at the local branch, helped me tremendously this past week, as well. Both handled me professionally with patience & empathy. I couldn't ask for a better financial institution!”
