“I have been banking at Muna for years & do not intend to go anywhere! I love that the wait is never long whether u drive thru or go inside. Customer service is excellent. Never had 1 single bad customer service experience. Recently, I had a dispute with Shazaam over some bogus charges and Josh at the local branch patiently worked with me to get my money back & even offered up some great tips on how to avoid this happening again even though u think u are being cautious. Joseph, also at the local branch, helped me tremendously this past week, as well. Both handled me professionally with patience & empathy. I couldn't ask for a better financial institution!”
