I 100% do not recommend anyone go get a car from Carmart in meridian. They will 100% screw you over. If your car breaks down good luck because they are gonna hold it from you while you continue paying for something you can’t drive and when you call for answers they will say your not the person on the account and Hang up on you and not give you answers at all.

My experience purchasing a car from Car Mart of Meridian was excellent. They was fast to answer all my questions and helped out as much as they could. I was a little skeptical at first because I came by myself without my husband. I would highly recommend Car Mart to anyone wanting purchase their next vehicle. I love my car no problems so far.

Worst location ever. They are not interested in selling a vehicle. Extremely rude. They will tell you a vehicle is available until you get there to drive and buy them all of the sudden oh it’s not ready yet. I traveled to another car-mart location to make my purchase and it was the best decision I could have ever made. The other location was exceptional. This one is trash! Need all new employees from the bottom up!

Got a 2013 Jeep Patriot from them May 25th .Was aware of the current problem with the car which was suppose to be a simple little fix . Window was crack and had to bring it back for another reason the next day ( can’t remember what the reason was ) . Which was fine but then found out the catalyst converter was messed up NEVER was told the converter was messed up !! Had to find out by someone who had the car before me and they even said “ they told them it was messing up “ SO WHY STILL SELL IT IF YOU KNEW “ . okay called them and told them about it . They told me to bring the car in Monday . Monday come around they called and said “. They had to do an alignment, and order another converter . ( which the tires was bald on the car when I first got it but I ended up putting two new tires on the car ) and they had to do the window . Okay that’s fine . Tuesday come they had all day literally and they end up saying they put everything else on but it was gone be ready Wednesday @11am , cause it was at the window place on 8th street now it’s being said it’s somewhere else to go an alignment when I was told the alignment was done on a Tuesday . Even was told by the general manager they wasn’t suppose to sell the car with a broken glass but yet THEY DID so I’m not even understanding ! Lies after lies , Have every right to be mad and frustrated . Honestly frustrated and should’ve listen to the reviews before! Haven’t had the car long and already having problems that should’ve been fixed before . While they even was in a rush to sell the JEEP !

GO ON FACEBOOK AND ASK THE CITY FOR REAL REVIEWS these reviews are solicited because they asked my daughter to do 1....Trashest car lot in the city and I typically don't even do this but unless you just HAVE TO please save your time and money. They use the excuse of being a used car lot to sell garbage and then give you the run around about fixing what needs to be fixed. They take full advantage of 1st time buyers so glad my daughter found a place that truly caters to the customer and their needs vs the car payment for car that's been "fixed" 4 different times and still isn't fixed. Staff is very unprofessional but this mom is more unprofessional!!!
