I didn't start off with the best customer service, but once Niki, the manager, helped me, she resolved all the issues I had going on! It was a lot, and I appreciated her taking the time to get it all straightened out!

Store manager, Nicki, I think her name was, was extremely helpful and patient. We moved to Mississippi and needed new service. She got us set up on our new phones - no issues!

Nicole, Nicky, and Ivory were the best associates I've ever encountered! Nicole helped me upgrade my Apple Watch and iPhone and she did a wonderful job helping me swap everything over! Nicky and Ivory assisted me with fixing a technical issue! These girls are definitely a dream team!

Don't Never Answer The Phone To Tend To The Customer Needs ? They want you to buy a phone and when you call the automative voice system it sends you around the world and hangs up. They say they open and available 7 day a week but I called Friday and couldn't get anyone to help me an they was (open).It's just getting frustrating and ridiculous.

Can't offer government, military, or student discounts at this location. Can't sell certain model phones at this location. The staff said that phones can't be ordered and delivered to the house unless you order it in person from a corporate location. Can't provide detailed explanation of plans at this location. The staff was not very helpful. Was told to go to a corporate location for all the things I asked for. Not very helpful to set up a "CSPIRE" store if they can't offer the things CSPIRE advertises. If you're reading this, just go to a "corporate" location, whatever the hell that is.
