I am in such disbelief! I haven’t stopped by this Burger King in almost TWO YEARS, because of how bad it used to be! I was looking to see what I wanted for lunch yesterday and I saw that there were a lot of cars pulling and in out of this location! I decided to go see what the hype was about! I went inside, the lobby was packed, but the customers were there complaining. I asked one guy if was there a wait time, and he told me there wasn’t, the staff was just understaffed and had a lot of customers. He also said that the staff were very friendly and that they were cooking all of the food fresh. A few more customers decided to join in our conversation and they all had good things to say about these workers. I decided to place my order and wait as well! The young lady who took my order, seemed like she was overwhelmed, but she did NOT ONCE, let that big smile turn into a frown! She was very nice and patient, with all of her customers, along with the other two employees she had! I asked her who the store manager over this location and my God, she said she was! She looked too young to be a store manager, but she held her position VERY WELL! I instantly fell in love with her customer service and dedication to serving all of her customers in a timely & courteous manner! I got my food, it was HOT, FRESH, and SEASONED! I will be returning to this location, hoping that I receive this same service every time! With that young lady being there, this location will make big changes! I will pray for her to be successful! If you can see this, YOU RULE Kamisha and I hope that you have a prosperous journey, as the new store manager!Vegetarian options: Impossible whopper

Had a great time at Burger King on 8th Street! Fast service, tasty food, super friendly staff, and the place was really clean. Definitely recommend for a quick and yummy meal! ??

This is by far the most disgusting Burger King I have ever seen. The toilet was covered in dried feces, on the toilet lid and inside. The floor was covered in pee so bad that my shoe got stuck to it. There was also pee all over the holes. I reported them to the health department as well.

The store was dirty. I didn't expect that. They could, at least, sweep the floors & wipe their counters. The girl that took our order was very nice. But, they were out of Coke & sweet tea. I didn't know what else to order. The bathrooms looked like had been mopped recently. But toilets were not cleaned & the paper towel dispenser was empty. The nuggets I ordered were not good. The cheese sticks were. My companion said her burger was good. The people behind us weren't served till after we were finished & on our way out. I was just disappointed in the whole Burger King experience today. We were traveling. Truthfully, I expect every chain restaurant (Burger King, McDonalds, Taco Bell etc) to be the same wherever I go. I didn't get that at this particular Burger King.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but i really just had to leave one today! I always hear alot of bad things about this restaurant and sometimes have small issues, but the friendless of the workers is what keeps me coming back! The food has gotten better, as it seems that they are under new management! You can always tell when the right manager is inside the store, because the workers work differently! I asked some questions and found out that the store is in fact under new management and the young ladies that are operating it now, are very dedicated to turning this store around! I see them working very hard to please the customers. The young GM that is in charge now is very respectful and has great customer service! If only she would have been taken over, there wouldn’t be as much work that needs to be done. I saw her hopping around in all different positions during a lunch rush, trying to help her entire crew. When she got to me to take my order, i told her to catch her breath and that I wanted to speak with her. I will not disclose everything that we spoke about, but I am very proud of her and I am rooting for her! She made sure my food was hot and fresh and she served me with a smile and offered me a crown! Thanks to her, so much for the service and the food, but more thanks to her for taking on such a hard job at her young age! I will keep her in my prayers and i pray that God sees her fit in her new position!

I come here often for the chicken sandwiches and just about every visit whenever the assistant manager ashley is there I'm greeted with a smile, a couple funny jokes sometimes when she's not too busy & overall great experience. I love how hands on and engaged she is. this woman is good! time for a promotion bk!

hadnt been here in a couple years because the experience was damn right AWFUL! however during my visit today it was a complete 360! the assistant manager there ashley is such a pleasant change in the place. very polite and top tier professionalism.

Being One who typically doesnt eat fast food i treated myself to a cheat day lol. The Food was on point & the new AM there was a real treat too. fantastic customer service would highly recommend.

Went there to get a burger. They said it was drive thru only. Then got to drive thru they said we could only make 2 separate orders.

I always go here with a open mind that they will get better. But I placed a order coming through hickory and still had to wait for the order to be brought out.. Still waiting... . It needs new workers or management. I tried to give them a chance before I left a bad review. ND I I love

This was around 12:40pm tonight. (They close at 1. ) Was trying to pick up a doordash order but when I pull up, no one responds to me. I can hear movement from the speaker so I'm pretty sure they can hear me. This is is becoming a common problem in Meridian. People being lazy and closing early or whenever they feel like it.
