Love the service I get for my German Shepherd Evana. She smells soooo good, that lingers for a few days. And they always do a great job on the deshedding services I get. I can tell the difference at the house, cuts down on a lot of shedding hair.

Tonya did a great job with our dogs. Only one needed minimum grooming but she went the extra mile to get our dogs scheduled quickly & extra clean. We will definitely use her many times again!

We'll be taking our pup to Flowood, MS and/or Houma, LA from now on. Meridian doesn't seem to have any groomers that groom a pet as if it were their own...She was dropped off around 8:15 AM...No call when the grooming was completed, and showed up at closing (5pm) to check on the status...the grooming wasn't visually fluid...No pink bow as requested...and $50 was a bit much for the lack of attention to detail. I don't argue, nor create a scene. A company has only ONE opportunity to impress me; and in the event that they don't, I just take my business elsewhere, regardless of whether it was just a bad day for them, or not. Our pup's grooming doesn't represent a 25+ years of experience. Neither side of the face was clipped uniformly, chopped like pants cuffs at the paws, and the right ear trim doesn't match the left. A call to rectify wouldn't have corrected it. You can't add hair detail that has been removed. There are no hard feelings, just reallocating our business.Update: When trying to remove the bow to bathe our pup, I had to cut out the tightly wrapped rubber bands, and fight with the mesh that had entangled her hair. Once it was removed, a big knotted ball of hair was under the bow. In order to get the knot out, the majority of her bangs will require being cut. This is another example as to why we try not to do business in Meridian. As previously stated, businesses only have one opportunity to secure us as customers when issues can't be rectified. Pet grooming is one of those businesses that can't be redone.

Very disappointed in last service. Dog was not trimmed correctly and they blamed my dog. Facility is not clean.

Absolutely LOVE getting my pomapoo groomed at Bows & Toes. They are extremely nice ladies. My lil Zoe was cut exactly how I wanted and smelled so good!!!
