Saturday night, fuel tank strap broke off on our 2022 Peterbilt. Within an hour he was on site helping our driver even though he did not had the part. He secured the tank with a ratchet strap. You can call them being stress free

I would give them more stars if I could, we had a problem with the spindle of one of out trailers and they were able to assist us with EVERYTHING they have a guy comming from Alabama to weld it and they did everything else. Cant thank you guys enough, its really hard to find good honest people nowdays in this industry, we from El Paso TX and they always came out straight with the estimate and everything. Awesome service!

BIG RIG to the rescue ! Thank God for these people! My pontoon boat came loose from my trailer hitch on I 20 and Big Rig crew came to my rescue! Not only did they get me on the road again, but they advised me who the most reputable repair people are in this area for my problem. You cannot go wrong by calling Big Rig Repair Service when your rig is down. Thank you Guys!

I just want to thank Big Rig for they’re fast , friendly, and efficient service we actually
locked our keys in our 26ft box truck rental while going to get something to eat after getting gas we’re from out of town and thought we were gonna be stuck for a very long time but thanks to our buddy (forgot his name sorry lol ) he got here and got us back up in running in no time ! I just want to thank you again buddy and Big Rig we really appreciate it !!!! 10/10 will definitely recommend !!

They could have tried to get over on me but DIDN’T. I went there convinced that I had a major leak because I would hit a bump and thought I was losing air and hearing a whistling noise as soon as he opened the hood he saw that my turbo clamp was just dangling. He said this is most likely what your problem is and he tightened the clamp up for me and still checked the lines on the same side that I thought the sound was coming from. He tightened and I left and the sound left too so thank you again Big Rig Repair for your help, it is greatly appreciated. I would recommend them and I would return to them myself!!

My Truck Broke down at Pilot Called Big rig repair and Shanon and his guys Showed up and tried to fix it there but it was electrical issue So he got me towed to the shop and Donald traced every wire that run in the truck and found the One causing the shortage. Great group of guys Very friendly and Shanon the boss man knows a lot about trucks and charges a reasonable price
