I bought jewelry from the Meridian store and got a notification that it had been picked up—by someone else. When I called, no one answered. Even the national customer service couldn't get through. This location has lost my business for good.

This was interesting for me...I had never purchased anything online before from a major store so I wasn't sure what to expect. Would it be like the picture or would it be like what you get when you order from some online line stores..ya'll know the ones.. where what you see isn't what you get...That wasn't the case here... I not only got what I picked out but when one piece was the wrong size I was even able to go to my local store and get an exchange and get the correct size without any hassle or problem. This was shocking I have never had any experience involving a return in retail be great. So ya'll have got to get down to Belk cause they have great sales going on in store and online. BUT don't take it from me go and see for yourself the bargains and sales you'll find and maybe you'll find the great self like I did.

The belks in meridian Ms. Has the worst customer service, I tried to buy make up no one at any of them, so bought else where, the next day , my husband and I went back to buy dress shirts and ties we ask for help, the lady at the register told us she could only help us if we where buying close to her register, and my husband told her if she couldn’t get someone to help us, we would go to dillards where we can be assisted.
